These Terms apply to all orders. For purpose of definition orders are signed Purchase Orders and confirmation in writing of a quote being accepted by email. Receipt of order by you, constitutes your acceptance that our conditions are the only conditions that apply to the contract. Payment of your first invoice by you, constitutes your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Any change requests or additions to the project brief not included within the agreed proposal will be charged on top of the quoted price at an hourly rate of £75  (Or quoted for separately as a new job).
The setup price at the beginning of this document is based on the number of hours that we estimate we’ll need to accomplish everything that you have told us you want to achieve. If you do want to change your mind, add extra templates, or even add new functionality, that won’t be a problem. You will be charged the hourly rate of £60.00 per/ hour. Along the way we might ask you to put requests in writing so we can keep track of changes.
A project brief or scope will be agreed prior to work commencing. Clients must at their own expense supply us  with all necessary materials and information to provide the services laid out in the order. We request all assets and content for a project to be supplied up front at the start of a project. we cannot be held responsible for delays to a project caused by lack of necessary information, content or sign off.
We maintain the right to refuse any material which may be deemed to be offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene, menacing or in any breach of confidence, copyright, privacy or any other right or in any way thought to be unsuitable for reproduction. We accept no responsibility for the content of client’s website or printed material.
we retains the title to all goods/designs/websites created for you until full and final payment is received. All visuals and other deliverables created in the course of performing the services not used in the final product or website will belong to mixobiz and the client shall not obtain any rights therein. In all instances, the client owns the IP of the designs and content of any website. The source code of a website remain the intellectual property right of mixobiz indefinitely. If a client requires transfer of IP of source code, this will be agreed separately along  side agreement of a reasonable compensation for the privilege.
A project’s official start date is the date your first payment clears and funds are accessible in our bank account. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We try our best to meet these deadlines, however we can not be held liable if the project is delayed due to issues beyond our control such as; delay in client passing on content to the project manager, technical issues, employee sickness, 3rd party issues, changes to the brief, force majeure.

After delivery of your website. Thereafter, change requests, fixes whether bug fixes or due to misuse will be chargeable.
We can’t guarantee that the functions contained in any web page templates or in a completed website will always be error-free and so we can’t be liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate this web site and any other web pages, even if you have advised us of the possibilities of such damages.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Your website footer will contain a discreet link back to our website. If you wish for this to be removed it must be agreed before commencement of your project. You also agree to allow mixobiz to place work samples on our own website and for use in our own promotion.
If you have paid for your web hosting by yourself the company which you paid to,  for you web hosting will be responsible to offer you customer support
Even if you ordered your web hosting through  mixobiz , you should know that we use buy web host on behalf of you from a another web hosting company  and any support and terms or conditions of the web hosting will be written on their website. And we will always refer you to them to help you with your web hosting support.
Usually web hosting companies minimum contract term for hosting and technical support services is twelve months unless otherwise stated. Fixed term contracts will be renewed automatically for further periods of 12 months at the end of the term unless terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Your websites are designed using CMS systems and they are capable of holding unlimited pages which you can create at anytime in future, it doesn’t not mean that we will create unlimited pages for you

If Email addresses provided  come free with your web design packages they will part of the domain the offer from your domain name provider and they are forwarding email addresses which means you can create your own email address and forward it to any other free email address which you already own.
Search engine optimisation means following suggestions of google to optimise your website for google to index your website in future and to crawl your website easily it does not guarantee that you will get on top of the search engine, and there is no guarantee to get on  1st page of google.
Creating mobile websites for you means we will create a your website in a way which will be mobile friendly and whenever someone visits your website from a mobile device it will automatically fit the mobile device screen.
Social media pages design means we will create profile pictures and cover pictures for your social media pages and you can upload yourself on your social media pages
Free Training On How To Manage Your Website, after we finish designing your website we will send you some videos which will train you on how to do basic editing of text on your website, it does not mean you can learn the entire web design with this basic training. We  do not provide  any support other than the videos for your training. It takes years to master web design skills, this basic video trainings are made to help you with very basic things.


Any notice required to be given by either of us to the other shall be in writing addressed and posted first class to the relevant party’s registered office or principal place of business and shall be effective on the third day of posting.

We may terminate the Agreement without penalty or compensation between us immediately if you become unable to pay your debts or enter into compulsory or voluntary liquidation (other than for the purpose of affecting a reconstruction or amalgamation in such manner that the company resulting from such reconstruction or amalgamation if a different entity shall agree to be bound by and assume your obligations under these terms and conditions) or if you compound with or convene a meeting of your creditors or have a receiver or manager or an administrator appointed of your assets or cease for any reason to carry on business or take or suffer similar action which in our opinion means that you may be unable to pay your debts
