This is just so great. I was initially drawn to the title “Customer Service
Lesson” which was indeed awesome; but way to go Taxi Terry.

Hopefully you give this video a view. You will not regret watching.

Thanks Scott! I subscribe to Skip Prichard’s news and found his article
about Taxi Terry. Have shared it on my LinkedIn network together with this
video. Great job of finding gems in everyday life. “Motivational cabbie”
huh… I had two trips to the US last year and flew with United. Roll your
eyes please! Had to make a complaint about one of their pursers who was
exceptionally rude to me on 2 occasions with other passengers as witness.
After many weeks I got a reply from United that they are investigating
it… No apology etc. since then.

STATS. Because you expect your CSR to provide exceptional service,
resolving the customer’s issue and on to the next customer in 600 seconds.
If not you threaten to fire them because they take too long with one
    customer. You asked!
